Court of Auditors: An Overview

The conference entitled “First reflections at the dawn of the reform of the Court of Auditors”

The magistrates will intervene Vito TenorPresident of the Jurisdictional Section of the Court of Auditors for Lombardy; Tiziano TessaroCouncilor at the Regional Control Section for Emilia-Romagna e Ferruccio CapalboDeputy Attorney General at the Regional Prosecutor’s Office for Campania.

Prof.’s contributions will follow Giovanna De MinicoFull Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Naples “Federico II”; by Prof. Aristide PoliceFull Professor of Administrative Law at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome; by Prof. Gennaro TerraccianoFull Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and Prof. Fabio CintioliFull Professor of Administrative Law at the University of International Studies of Rome.

The conclusions are entrusted to the Honorary President of the Court of Auditors, Francesco Schlitzer.
