CrowdStrike Holdings announced an expansion of its strategic partnerships with Google Cloud and Snowflake, integrating its AI-native Falcon platform to improve multi-cloud security and data localization capabilities. According to the company’s August 31 announcement, the initiative aims to combat fragmented security architectures as organizations scale across diverse cloud environments.
Google Cloud Integration and Data Localization
CrowdStrike is deploying its Falcon platform directly onto Google Cloud infrastructure to give customers unified security controls alongside control over data storage locations. According to company statements, the rollout begins in the United States before expanding to additional Google Cloud regions. This geographic expansion allows organizations to process security data locally, satisfying strict regional data residency requirements while maintaining continuous threat visibility.
Snowflake Marketplace Deployment
The company also deepened its ties with Snowflake by listing the AI-native Falcon platform on the Snowflake Marketplace. Through this integration, enterprise customers can utilize pre-committed Snowflake capacity via the platform’s Capacity Drawdown program to purchase CrowdStrike security solutions. The arrangement connects enterprise data repositories directly with automated threat detection tools at scale, according to official release disclosures.
Operational Technology Security With Cognizant
Expanding beyond traditional cloud infrastructure, CrowdStrike partnered with Cognizant to launch a joint operational technology (OT) security offering. Named Cognizant Cybersecurity for Operational Technology, the service relies on CrowdStrike Falcon for XIoT. The collaboration merges Cognizant’s industrial engineering expertise and managed security operations with CrowdStrike’s unified visibility framework to protect mission-critical industrial assets and IT environments alike.
Financial Projections and Market Impact
Equity analysts project steady financial growth following these strategic platform integrations. According to consensus estimates, CrowdStrike’s revenue for the fiscal year ending January 2027 is projected to reach $5,945,670,000, representing a 23.56% increase from the prior period. Analysts anticipate continued revenue expansion to $7,236,510,000 by January 2028 and $8,823,550,000 by January 2029. On the earnings front, projections indicate a shift to profitability with earnings per share expected to reach $0.16 in fiscal 2027, rising to $0.35 in fiscal 2028 and $0.79 in fiscal 2029.
