CrowdStrike Extends AI Security Leadership with Flex for Services and Cloud Risk Prioritization

AUSTIN, Texas – March 24, 2026 – CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) today announced significant advancements to its Falcon platform, solidifying its position as a leader in AI-driven cybersecurity. The company unveiled Flex for Services, a new flexible consumption model for its expert-led security services, alongside innovations in cloud risk prioritization powered by adversary intelligence. These moves aim to address the evolving threat landscape and the increasing complexity of securing modern enterprises.

Flex for Services: A New Era of Cybersecurity Consumption

CrowdStrike is extending its Falcon Flex licensing model – which has seen a ending ARR cohort of $1.69 billion in Q4 FY26, growing over 120% year-over-year – to its full portfolio of security services. Flex for Services allows organizations to access services like threat hunting, red teaming, incident response, and AI advisory on a consumption basis, rather than traditional fixed engagements. This approach provides greater agility and aligns security spending with real-time risk.

“When a model works, the market follows. Falcon Flex is the blueprint for how modern organizations procure cybersecurity and how vendors now proceed to market,” said Tom Etheridge, chief global services officer at CrowdStrike. “Flex for Services extends that model to security services, shifting the consumption model from hours to outcomes. It brings Falcon into more environments and opens new opportunities for our service partners. Innovation doesn’t stop at technology.”

Zero Dollar Flex Fund Removes Barriers to Entry

To further accelerate adoption, CrowdStrike is introducing the Zero Dollar Flex Fund. This limited-time offer provides qualifying new services customers with 200 hours of elite CrowdStrike Services – including 160 hours of incident response and 40 hours of proactive services – at no upfront cost. This initiative aims to lower the barrier to entry and enable organizations to quickly leverage CrowdStrike’s expertise.

Advancing Cloud Security with Adversary-Informed Prioritization

CrowdStrike also announced new Falcon Cloud Security innovations designed to eliminate cloud risk through adversary-informed prioritization. By unifying application behavior with active adversary tradecraft, the platform identifies the cloud exposures most likely to be exploited and their root causes, enabling faster and more precise remediation. Elia Zaitsev, chief technology officer at CrowdStrike, stated, “Cloud security isn’t about generating more alerts, it’s about understanding how risk forms and which exposures adversaries will actually target.”

These innovations address the challenge of static risk models that struggle to keep pace with AI-enabled attackers who are rapidly identifying and exploiting cloud vulnerabilities.

Partner Ecosystem Expansion

Flex for Services is also designed to drive growth for CrowdStrike’s global partner ecosystem, including system integrators, managed service providers, and incident response partners. The flexible consumption model allows partners to offer more value to customers, scale their delivery more efficiently, and drive repeatable revenue.

“CrowdStrike’s technology and cyber expertise are core to the services we deliver to keep our customers safe,” said Robb Mayeski, global head of CrowdStrike Services, Kroll. “Flex for Services unlocks greater value for our customers, giving them the flexibility to consume the expert services they need as their risk profiles change, while enabling us to scale our business. This isn’t competition, it’s collaboration.”
