American XR glasses brand Viture is expanding its footprint into the South Korean market through a newly established official distribution partnership with CST World, according to an announcement on August 11, 2026. Under the agreement, CST World will manage local online sales channels, build a dedicated domestic after-sales service network, and scale offline retail touchpoints across major department stores and consumer experience zones.

The strategic move brings Viture’s hardware portfolio directly to South Korean consumers, beginning with the flagship “The Beast” model. According to CST World, the device became available via exclusive pre-orders on the Viture Korea official Naver Smart Store starting August 1, 2026, offering early buyers a discount of up to 13 percent ahead of official shipments on August 31, 2026, and a full market launch on September 1, 2026.

Hardware Specifications and Features of The Beast

The Beast delivers an immersive viewing experience through a 58-degree field of view paired with Sony Micro-OLED displays that project a virtual 174-inch screen, according to product specifications released by Viture. The hardware supports a 1200p resolution alongside a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Integration of VisionPair-based 3DoF (three degrees of freedom) technology allows users to convert standard 2D content into real-time 3D environments via a dedicated application. Audio performance is driven by built-in Harman AudioEFX systems, while optical customization features include a nine-stage electronic dimming technology and eight distinct screen modes designed to adapt to varying lighting conditions and user preferences.

Retail Expansion and Local After-Sales Support

To support the hardware rollout, CST World is deploying an independent domestic customer service infrastructure. A dedicated local service center handles repairs and maintenance for South Korean users, resolving previous friction points associated with cross-border tech imports. Following the initial Naver Smart Store exclusivity, CST World plans to distribute Viture’s existing lineup—including the Luma Pro and Luma Ultra models—across major South Korean open markets such as Coupang, Gmarket, and 11st.

Offline Engagement and Future Events

Beyond digital retail, Viture and CST World are actively developing physical touchpoints to let consumers test the augmented reality hardware firsthand. The companies are scheduling pop-up experience zones and targeting formal entries into major department stores. As part of this experiential push, Viture confirmed plans to participate in a large-scale gaming convention scheduled in Pangyo during September 2026, giving domestic gamers and tech enthusiasts direct access to test the latest XR displays.
