CX Awards 2026 Finalists Revealed Following Blind Judging
The blind judging for the CX Awards 2026 has concluded, and the official shortlist of finalists has been revealed, CX Today reported. An independent judging panel comprised of enterprise leaders and industry analysts evaluated hundreds of submissions over several weeks, prioritizing hard evidence of real-world return on investment, frictionless customer journeys, and technologies transforming business-to-customer connections.
Competition Spans Three Tracks for Customer Experience and Enterprise Impact
The competition spans multiple tracks, starting with Core CX, which covers contact center platforms, AI-powered customer service, CRM innovations, and omnichannel engagement. The Enterprise Impact track evaluates organizations deploying the technology, highlighting in-house teams and artificial intelligence deployments that generated measurable business outcomes. A third category, People and Momentum, recognizes rising stars, exceptional leaders, and organizations demonstrating strong market momentum.
Chair of Judges Assesses the Shortlist
Rob Wilkinson, chair of judges, described the evaluation process and the findings of the panel. We stripped away the brand names, looked purely at the data, and what we found was phenomenal,
Wilkinson said. The organizations on this shortlist aren’t just talking about the future of customer experience – they are actively building it.
Wilkinson noted that the finalists succeeded by providing tangible metrics. From deploying AI that actually solves problems to proving undeniable ROI, these finalists survived a ruthless judging process because their results speak for themselves,
he stated.
November 3 Awards Ceremony
The winners and highly commended organizations will be announced live on November 3, 2026, during an awards ceremony hosted on CX Today’s LinkedIn page. The virtual event brings together the customer experience industry to recognize top performers across the categories.
