The financing, secured through its operating subsidiary d’Amico Tankers, demonstrates the company’s strengthened financial position and positive market outlook.

The new financing contracts are linked to the three-month SOFR (Secured Overnight Financing Rate) with margins ranging from 130 to 150 basis points, averaging 1.42%. This refinancing is expected to improve the company’s financial flexibility and optimize its debt maturity profile.
Fleet Overview
As of March 11, 2026, the DIS fleet comprises 29 double-hull tankers, including MR, Handysize and LR1 vessels. 27 vessels are owned by the company, with the remaining two operating under bareboat charters. The average age of the fleet is 9.6 years d’Amico International Shipping.
