Danish Princess to Support Swedish Dressage Towards 2028 Olympics

The Sweden International Horse Show, currently underway from Thursday to Sunday evening at the Strawberry arena in Solna, has been the backdrop for an exciting announcement regarding the Swedish dressage team.

Swedish dressage is actively preparing for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, and a key part of this planning involves strengthening the national team’s coaching staff. Seasoned coach Louise “Lussan” Nathorst will continue as head coach, and she will be joined by Danish princess nathalie zu Sayn-Wittgenstein.

Princess Nathalie zu Sayn-Wittgenstein brings a wealth of experience to the role. An Olympic bronze medalist in team dressage in 2008, she has also successfully coached the Danish national dressage team for several years and has previously worked with Swedish riders.
