The move, announced on June 4, 2026, integrates the streaming service into DAZN’s platform, offering around 8,500 live soccer events annually across selected territories. This development marks a significant step in FIFA’s strategy to expand its digital footprint and leverage DAZN’s global distribution network.
FIFA+ Integration with DAZN: A New Era for Football Streaming
FIFA+ was originally launched in 2022 and became part of DAZN’s international platform through a $1 billion agreement to stream the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. The recent expansion solidifies DAZN’s role as the exclusive operator of the service, providing subscribers with access to archive footage from major FIFA competitions, including the FIFA World Cup and FIFA Women’s World Cup, alongside live match replays, highlights, and curated programming. DAZN will also integrate interactive features like FanZone and live chat, enhancing user engagement.
