Delmonico’s Hospitality Group announced the Spring 2026 opening of Boogie Lab Artisan Bakery, Bistro & Bar at 4015 Broadway in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City, according to a company statement. The new venue marks the first United States restaurant extension for the European sourdough brand.
The 4015 Broadway location will operate daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. as an all-day dining destination, according to Delmonico’s Hospitality Group. Morning operations will feature coffee and fresh-baked pastries, transitioning into brunch and lunch options before offering wood-fired pizzas, handcrafted pastas, hearty entrées, and signature cocktails in the evening.
Menus for the Washington Heights space remain in development, though the company stated they will highlight seasonal ingredients, conscious sourcing, and the cultural diversity of the local community. The food program will incorporate artisanal sourdough products alongside breads, empanadas, tapas, pizzas, salads, soups, and pastas.
“Delmonico’s Hospitality Group is excited to further introduce Boogie’s exceptional European sourdough to the U.S. market, with our new restaurant in New York City and online retail launch,” said Dennis Turcinovic, owner and executive culinary partner at Delmonico’s Hospitality Group, in the announcement. “We look forward to creating a welcoming space where the community can come together to enjoy these unique offerings and experience the warmth of Boogie Lab and Delmonico’s hospitality.”
Online Retail and Holiday Panettone Launch
Alongside the physical restaurant announcement, Delmonico’s Hospitality Group launched online retail sales for Boogie Bakery’s 100% sourdough panettone. The holiday item utilizes a patented, proprietary smart fermentation technology and undergoes a four-day production process.
The initial online release offers four flavors priced at $69 each: Chocolate, Candied Fruit, Pistachio & Lemon, and Mandarin & White Chocolate. Tiramisu and Apple Pie flavor varieties are scheduled to launch in December, according to company details.
Community Impact and Sustainability Plans
Boogie Lab plans to support Washington Heights through local hiring, community partnerships, and vendor relationships. The venue’s physical layout is designed to host gatherings for residents, local healthcare workers, and visitors.

Operations will feature a zero-waste initiative titled “Double Bread,” which repurposes spent brewery grains into baked goods while donating a fresh loaf to a community organization for every loaf sold, according to the hospitality group’s announcement.
