Breton singer Denez Prigent will perform a free concert on the place d’Armes in Le Croisic on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, starting at 21:00, according to reports from Rédaction Guérande and Ouest-France. The performance highlights traditional Celtic music blended with modern electronic soundscapes, showcasing material from his ninth studio album titled Toenn-vor, which translates to “Toof of sea” in French, as reported by Ouest-France.

According to Rédaction Guérande, Prigent will take the stage accompanied by a diverse ensemble of musicians. Christelle Belalia handles synthesizers and machines, Ronan Le Bars plays uilleann pipes and flutes, Robin Foster performs on electric guitar, Martin Chaperon manages oud, saz, banjo, and guitar, Hibu Corbell plays drums, and Jean-Baptiste Henry performs on the bandoneon. Ouest-France notes that the concert weaves together gwerzioù, traditional lamentations, and ballads sung in both Breton and French.
