Secondary Learn schools will transition to a new system where driving teams will no longer independently generate files. Instead, each school will receive support from two Itinerant Administrative Assistants (AAI) dispatched by the General Directorate of Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel. These AAIs will work directly with school management to create the necessary files and facilitate a smooth handover within Systems 1.

Teachers are required to complete an Online Affidavit (DJL) after confirming thay have taken reliable possession of their responsibilities. The Operational Submanagement Coordination of Administrative Delegations (SGOCDA | DGPDYND) team will then oversee the affidavit’s verification and attach it to the official Electronic File.

This streamlined process aims to improve efficiency and ensure accurate record-keeping during the Secondary Learn implementation.
