The DFB team now has the group for the 2026 World Cup on paper. Due to a circumstance, the DFB now has to cancel a test match before the tournament.
Frankfurt – The German national team was originally scheduled to play against the current Africa Cup winners Ivory Coast at the start of the World cup year on March 30th in Stuttgart. However, this planned test match was canceled by the DFB after the World Cup draw took place. The decision came as a surprise to many fans,but was predictable.
