Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for activating digital channels – Customer Relationship Management (CRM), website, and social networks – to generate qualified leads, optimize conversion paths, and maximize the commercial impact of digital initiatives. Collaboration with counterparts in Belgium and the Netherlands is a key aspect of this role.

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Manage the UFS France CRM strategy, including activations and automated flows (nurturing, welcome sequences).
  • Collaborate closely with the Data team.
  • Define and create email content.
  • Manage campaign integration, delivery, and optimization using Marketo.
  • Segment audiences to target leaders based on typology and behaviors.
  • Track KPIs: Open Rate (OR), Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rates, and lead generation.
  • Serve as the CRM France point of contact for global teams.

Social Networks: Paid, Organic & Influence

Paid Social Media

Focus on generating qualified leads (leaders, buyers, media), newsletter subscriptions, content downloads, and traffic to campaign pages.

  • Manage the media agency: briefing, targeting, formats, reporting, and optimizations.
  • Analyze performance metrics (Cost Per Lead – CPL, Conversion Rate – CVR, lead quality).

Organic Content & Editorial Line

  • Define the social-first editorial line for the UFS FR account.
  • Manage the organic editorial calendar.
  • Develop engaging content formats with the agency.

Influence Management

UFS.com Website Management

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the digital experience on UFS.com France:

  • Optimize and propose improvements to the visitor journey.
  • Prioritize UX developments with Global/IT teams.
  • Define and manage the digital editorial calendar.
  • Optimize content for SEO with global teams.
  • Write expert, chef-oriented content for both collective and commercial sectors.
  • Develop conversion-optimized campaign pages (landing pages).

Performance Management

  • Track KPIs and dashboards: traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Provide monthly actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, UX, paid media, or social content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proactive, curious, and results-oriented.
  • Rigorous, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Valued Skills

  • Strong understanding of UX & CRO fundamentals.
  • Solid SEO skills (content optimization and structure).
  • Experience with paid social campaigns and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in CRM & automation (Marketo preferred).
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Experience managing agencies (media, influence, creative, SEO).
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
