Disfrutar Barcelona, the acclaimed restaurant known for its avant-garde cuisine, is featured in a latest YouTube series titled “Who Is The Best?” The series is currently filming, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the culinary artistry within the restaurant.

During filming, the production team captured footage of the restaurant’s signature dish, “The Goose that Laid the Golden Eggs,” being prepared and served. This dish is presented “from the pass,” providing a glimpse into the fast-paced environment of a top-tier kitchen.
