Northern Europe Distribution Development Representative Position
The role of Distribution Development Representative within Caterpillar’s EAME (Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Eurasia) Distribution team is focused on enhancing customer experience, driving profitable market leadership, and fostering services growth. The position, based in Solihull, UK, involves advising on marketing and sales initiatives and developing strategies related to dealers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering inquiries and resolving issues related to business plan execution and operational improvements.
- Providing guidance on improving customer experiences.
- Consulting with dealers to enhance marketing and sales capabilities.
- Governing the implementation of programs designed to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess proven experience in the mining, construction, or power &. energy industries, ideally within an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) environment or management consulting. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline is required. Experience working within a multinational organization, navigating diverse cultures and matrixed reporting structures, is also essential.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this permanent position ranges from £57,737 to £70,000, depending on experience. Benefits include a 10% bonus target, a share scheme with 50% company matching, a contributory pension scheme (with company contributions doubling up to 10%), free car parking, access to the Caterpillar Advantage website, and 27 days of annual exit plus bank holidays.
