Toast Seeks District Manager to Lead Sales Team in Las Vegas
Toast, a technology company focused on helping restaurants and local businesses thrive in the digital age, is seeking a District Manager to lead its sales team in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. This field-based role requires a candidate who can hire, develop, and motivate a team of Territory Account Executives to drive new business growth.
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving sales team.
- Coach the team on conducting efficient discovery meetings, delivering live demos, and crafting solutions tailored to prospective customers’ needs.
- Enable and empower the team through activities like walk-ins, prospecting, trade shows, and local business partnerships to exceed quotas.
- Collaborate with peers and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of promises made during the sales process.
- Strategically utilize Salesforce and other technologies to track productivity, forecast deal pipelines, and analyze conversion rates.
- Be accountable for new business growth within the assigned district.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated passion and ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, creativity, and flexibility to perform under pressure.

- Management experience building customer-facing, quota-achieving full-cycle sales teams.
- Experience working in a technology environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation range for this role is $181,000 – $290,000 USD, consisting of base salary, commission, benefits, and equity (if eligible). This position offers uncapped commission potential. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
