Douwe Egberts Points Now Redeemable at Bruna and Readshop

Good news for collectors of Douwe Egberts (D.E.) loyalty points: as of Monday, March 23, 2026, you can once again redeem your saved points at participating Bruna and Readshop locations in the Netherlands. This follows the closure of Blokker stores in 2024, which previously served as a key redemption point for these popular loyalty rewards.

How to Redeem Your D.E. Points

There are two ways to redeem your D.E. Points:

• In-Store: Visit a participating Bruna or Readshop. As of March 23, 2026, you can have your points scanned and added to your Mijn D.E. Account. It is required to register your points online via Mijn D.E. before visiting a store.
• Online: Whereas you cannot deposit points online, you can spend your D.E. Points at Bruna.nl and at participating Bruna stores.

Currently, there are approximately 190 Bruna stores and 36 Readshop locations participating in the program. You can find a list of participating stores on the Bruna and Readshop websites by searching for D.E. In the ‘Available Services’ section. Click here to find participating Bruna stores.

Point Values

Here’s a breakdown of the value of your D.E. Points:

• 100 points = €0.50
• 200 points = €1.00
• 400 points = €2.00
• 1,000 points = €5.00

Preparing Your Points for Redemption

To streamline the redemption process, D.E. Recommends bundling your points in stacks of 1,000 before visiting a Bruna store. You must also create a Mijn D.E. Account and pre-register your points online before redeeming them in-store.

What Can You Gain?

D.E. Points can be redeemed for items from the D.E. Savings collection, including coffee cups, coffee machines, tea glasses, and kettles. The available products and their point costs will be visible on Bruna.nl starting March 23, 2026.

What if You Don’t Have Enough Points?

If you don’t have enough points to cover the full cost of an item, you can pay the remaining balance.
