Dralístico Nears Return to AEW After Ear Surgery

Mexican professional wrestler Dralístico is on the path to returning to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) after undergoing surgery to address persistent ear issues. The La Faccion Ingobernable member has been sidelined since late October 2025.

Injury and Surgery

Dralístico was forced to the sidelines due to ongoing ear problems that ultimately required surgical intervention. His last match took place in late October, where La Faccion Ingobernable was defeated by Komander, Mark Briscoe, and Roderick Strong .

Medical Clearance and AEW Approval

As of February 24, 2026, Dralístico has been cleared by his doctors in Mexico and is now awaiting final clearance from AEW’s medical team before he can return to the ring , . Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline reported, “Dralistico is said to have been cleared by his doctors in Mexico and is awaiting clearance from AEW, so he should be back soon.”

Gratitude and Family Connections

Following his surgery in December, Dralístico publicly expressed his gratitude to both the fans and AEW President Tony Khan for their support throughout his recovery . He has been signed to AEW since 2023 and is a member of La Faccion Ingobernable alongside his brother, Rush.

Current Status of La Faccion Ingobernable

Currently, both Dralístico and his brother, Rush, are out of action due to injuries. Rush is recovering from a knee injury, leaving La Faccion Ingobernable without two of its key members .

Dralístico, born Carlos Muñoz González on September 15, 1992, is a second-generation luchador enmascarado (masked professional wrestler) . He previously wrestled under the ring name Dragon Lee in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) before adopting the ring name and mask of Místico. His father is known as La Bestia del Ring, and his other brother as well wrestles under the name Dragon Lee, currently in WWE .
