EIMI Group Expands with Acquisitions of Pouchain and Rosaz
The EIMI Group, a French company specializing in energy efficiency, has expanded its operations through the acquisition of two companies: Pouchain, an expert in electrical engineering and industrial automation, and Rosaz, a specialist in electrical and photovoltaic installations. These strategic moves strengthen EIMI’s presence in the North of France and the Alpine region.
Acquisition of Pouchain
On January 27, 2026, EIMI announced the acquisition of Pouchain, a family-owned business with over 130 years of experience. Fusacq.com reported that Pouchain is recognized for its expertise in the maintenance and engineering of electrical networks, industrial automation, and energy efficiency solutions for industrial and tertiary clients.
Pouchain employs approximately 230 people across five locations in France: Nieppe (near Lille), Douai, Valenciennes, Vitry-le-François, and Toulon. EIMI stated that the acquisition will create synergies in electrical engineering, climate engineering, and automation, broaden service offerings, and reinforce its territorial presence in Northern France. The integration will also facilitate the deployment of innovative solutions for energy performance and management.
Acquisition of Rosaz
In addition to Pouchain, EIMI also acquired Rosaz, a company based in Saint-Pierre-d’Albigny and Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne (Savoie) in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Le Trois reported on this acquisition as part of a series of expansions during the winter of 2025-2026. Rosaz specializes in the creation and operation of electrical and photovoltaic installations.
With 56 employees, Rosaz will strengthen EIMI’s presence in the Alpine region, fostering recent industrial and commercial synergies and expanding its range of solutions for customers.
