Elis Expands German Presence with acquisition of Adrett laundry Services
Schuby, Germany – 2026/01/12 15:51:43 – Elis, a leading global provider of laundry, hygiene, and facility services, has finalized the acquisition of Adrett, a laundry company based in Schuby, northern Germany. The deal, completed at the end of December, strengthens Elis’s position in the German market and expands its service offerings to the hospitality sector.
Adrett specializes in the rental and maintainance of flat linen, catering specifically to hotels and the food service industry – a sector experiencing notable growth in Germany. The acquisition is strategically aligned with elis’s broader efforts to consolidate its network and enhance its service capabilities within the country.
Currently employing approximately 140 individuals, Adrett will continue to operate under its existing management team, ensuring a seamless transition and continued focus on local market growth. The integration of Adrett’s operations into Elis’s financial reporting began on January 1, 2026.
Elis anticipates that the acquisition will contribute approximately €12 million in revenue in 2025, further bolstering the company’s financial performance. This move underscores Elis’s commitment to growth through strategic acquisitions and its dedication to providing comprehensive laundry solutions to businesses across Europe.
