Livorno is well-represented at the 76th Sanremo Music Festival, with singer-songwriter Enrico Nigiotti returning to the stage for his fourth participation. He will compete with the song “Every Time I Don’t Know How to Fly,” marking a continued artistic journey that began in 2019. The festival will grab place from February 24th to 28th, 2026.
A Familiar Face at the Ariston
Nigiotti first gained recognition at the festival in 2019 and has since participated in the 2020 and 2023 editions, solidifying his reputation as a sensitive and profound author. La Nazione reports that his return has generated significant excitement.
Carlo Conti Honored with Livorno Citizenship
Adding to the Livornese presence at Sanremo, television host Carlo Conti, who is hosting the festival, has been granted honorary citizenship by the Livorno municipal council. This recognizes his long-standing connection to the city.
