Woman Indicted in Bergen for Alleged Sexual Relationship with Minor

A woman in her 30s has been indicted in Hordaland district court, facing charges related to an alleged sexual relationship with a 15-year-traditional boy in Bergen during July 2025. The case is scheduled to be heard in June.

According to the prosecution, the woman engaged in multiple instances of sexual intercourse with the teenager. She is also accused of providing him with sexualized videos and purchasing alcohol for him on several occasions, as reported by Bergensavisen.

Sexual intercourse with individuals between the ages of 14 and 16 is punishable by up to six years imprisonment under Norwegian law.

State Attorney Magne Kvamme Sylta issued the indictment. As of today, neither the defense attorney for the accused woman nor the boy’s legal counsel have made public comments regarding the case.
