EinScan Rigil 3D Scanner Overview
The EinScan Rigil is a tri-mode laser 3D scanner designed for a variety of applications, particularly in the automotive aftermarket. It offers three operational modes:
- Standalone Mode: Enables scanning and processing directly on the hardware, providing portability and ease of use.
- Wireless PC Mode: Utilizes built-in Wi-Fi 6 for seamless wireless scanning and connection to a computer for enhanced processing power.
- Wired PC Mode: Connects to a PC via USB-C cable for stable performance in complex network environments.
The scanner features both blue laser and VCSEL infrared (IR) light sources, offering flexibility for different surfaces and scanning needs. Laser HD accuracy reaches up to 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m, whereas IR Rapid mode achieves up to 0.1 + 0.4 mm/m. Scanning speeds vary depending on the mode, with the crossed laser lines capable of 4,800,000 points/s.
