LINE Games Launches Mobile Roguelite ‘Fairytale Quest’ on App Store
LINE Games announced on Wednesday, March 19, 2026, the App Store pre-open of its new mobile roguelite pixel adventure, Fairytale Quest. Developed by Wisely & Co., the game is now available for download to App Store users ahead of its global launch.
Pre-Open Details and Global Launch
The pre-open allows App Store users to experience Fairytale Quest before its official worldwide release. Account information created during the pre-open will be retained after the official launch. LINE Games is also continuing pre-registration via Google Play in regions excluding Canada, the Philippines, and Indonesia – which are serving as soft-launch markets.
Gameplay and Features
Fairytale Quest is a roguelite RPG featuring approximately 400 maps inspired by fairy tales and over 100 characters drawn from stories around the globe. The game is designed for convenient, one-handed play with a vertical screen and virtual pad controls.
Players will navigate a twisted fairy tale world, engaging in RPG-style growth and exploration through various game modes, including ‘Request Mode’, ‘Special Mode’, and ‘Boss Battles’ (Arena). A unique magic-combination system allows players to develop individual strategies and playstyles.
Pre-Registration Rewards
All users who pre-register on either Google Play or the App Store will receive three costume sets upon the official launch of Fairytale Quest.
