Soaak Launches AI-Powered Closed-Loop Wearable Frequency Platform

Soaak Technologies has unveiled Find My Frequency, a platform that the company describes as a closed, AI-powered system for wearables. The technology processes biometric vital signs from consumer hardware to deliver personalized acoustic frequency sessions aimed at stress regulation and sleep improvement. Supported hardware includes smartwatches and sensors from Apple, Garmin, Google, Fitbit, ŌURA, and WHOOP. The platform operates across 190 countries and has recorded more than 90 million minutes of usage.

Four-Stage Closed-Loop Regulation Process

The application follows a four-stage regulatory cycle consisting of measuring, interacting, acting, and remeasuring. Artificial intelligence reviews real-time biometric data to detect shifts in the autonomic nervous system or indicators of elevated stress.

When stress markers appear, the system alters acoustic frequency patterns. A subsequent measurement verifies whether physical parameters returned to baseline following the sound session.

Pilot data shows sleep improvements for military users

Development of the platform draws on a dataset comprising 18,000 tracked nights and studies involving 550 participants. In a pilot project utilizing ŌURA and Garmin hardware, 90.3 percent of participants reported measurable improvements in sleep and personal stress management. Company figures place overall member satisfaction at 97 percent.

Beyond consumer markets, the United States military uses the technology. Both the Air Force and Space Force incorporate the frequency programs through small business research grants.

Find My Frequency earns top industry awards

Find My Frequency is available for iOS and Android operating systems with an initial trial period. The application received recognition from industry publications, earning designations as the best sleep application from WIRED and the top mental health application from CNET in 2026.
