Fogo de Chão‘s Bar Manager Shares Holiday Drink Ideas

SEATTLE – Fogo de Chão recently opened its first Rooftop Next Level Lounge in downtown Seattle.

The restaurant’s rooftop location is at 400 University St., next to rainier Square.

Fogo de Chão’s bar manager, Derrick DeHerrera, appeared on KING 5 to discuss the opening.

DeHerrera, a Seattle native, brings extensive experience from the local hospitality industry, including his previous role as food and beverage director at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.

With the holiday season in full swing, DeHerrera also demonstrated how to make both a festive mocktail and cocktail.
