Fred Again.. And Thomas Bangalter Reunite for Daft Punk Classics at London Residency Finale

Fred again.., known for his dynamic live sets and collaborative spirit, brought Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk onstage during the final night of his residency at London’s Alexandra Palace on Friday, February 28, 2026. The unexpected appearance sparked excitement among fans, as Bangalter joined the DJ for a selection of Daft Punk’s most iconic tracks.

A Surprise Collaboration

Fred again.. Has become renowned for incorporating special guests into his performances. Recent appearances have included Denzel Curry, Amy Taylor of Amyl and The Sniffers and Underworld . But, the collaboration with Bangalter held particular significance, following their B2B set in Paris last October .

Daft Punk Hits and Mashups

The setlist featured several Daft Punk classics, including “Technologic,” “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger,” “Around The World,” “Starboy” (featuring The Weeknd), and “One More Time,” which was played twice . Bangalter as well blended elements of “Aerodynamic” and “Rollin’ And Scratchin’” with Fred again..’s “Victory Lap” . A snippet of Usher’s “Yeah!” was also incorporated into the performance.

A Night of Guest Appearances

Beyond Bangalter, the final night of the residency included appearances from Jamie T, Kano, Ezra Collective, BERWYN, and Joy Anonymous. Throughout his London residency, Fred again.. Also welcomed Mike Skinner of The Streets, Ca7riel, and La Roux to the stage .
