Catholic Charities Dallas Food Pantry Services

Catholic Charities Dallas will operate both fixed and mobile food pantries throughout March. Locations and schedules include:

  • Jan Pruitt Community Pantry: 123 Alexander Ave, Lancaster, TX 75146. Open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. To 10:00 a.m. And 12:00 p.m. To 2:00 p.m.; Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:00 p.m. To 3:00 p.m.
  • Our Lady of San Juan de Lagos – Santa Teresita: 2601 Singleton Blvd, Dallas, TX 75212. Open Mondays from 9:30 a.m. To 11:00 a.m.
  • Our Lady of Perpetual Support: 7617 Cortland Ave, Dallas, TX 75235. Open Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. To 11:00 a.m.
  • Ennis Container Pantry: 401 East Lampasas St, Ennis, TX 75119. Open Thursday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. To 12:00 p.m.
  • Joe’s Pantry: 8102 Lyndon B. Johnson Fwy, Dallas, TX 75251. Open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. To 10:00 a.m. And 12:00 p.m. To 2:00 p.m.; Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. To 1:00 p.m.

Catholic Charities Dallas provides food to individuals and families receiving government benefits such as SNAP, TANF, SSI, NSLP, Medicare and Medicaid, as well as those who fall under the Federal Poverty Guidelines and those facing temporary crises. Dallas College Mobile Pantries

Dallas College will as well host drive-thru food distribution events in March 2026:

  • Brookhaven Campus: Monday, March 2, 9:00 a.m. To 12:00 p.m. In front of the J building. First-come, first-served.
  • Mountain View Campus: Wednesday, March 4, 10:00 a.m. To 12:00 p.m. In parking lot P2 (in front of building B). Drive-thru service only.

North Texas Food Bank Distributions

The North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) is partnering with the University of North Texas at Dallas (UNT Dallas) and Collin College Plano to distribute food at no cost.

  • UNT Dallas: Friday, March 20, 9:00 a.m. To 12:00 p.m. On the university campus at 7300 University Hills Blvd. First-come, first-served.
  • Collin College Plano: March 5, 11:00 a.m. To 1:00 p.m. At 2800 E Spring Creek Pkwy. Family size will be requested, and a vehicle is required.

Eligibility Information

Generally, eligibility for these food services includes families receiving government benefits (SNAP, TANF, SSI, NSLP, Medicare, Medicaid) and those who meet Federal Poverty Guidelines.
