Columbus Regional Healthcare Hosts Heart Health Fair on February 20th

Columbus Regional Healthcare System will host a Heart Health Fair on Friday, February 20th, from 11 a.m. To 1 p.m. At the Ransom Community Center in Riegelwood, North Carolina. The event aims to raise community awareness about heart health and provide free health screenings.

Free Health Screenings Available

Attendees can receive free blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, A1C and glucose tests, and manual breast exams. These screenings offer a valuable opportunity for individuals to assess their health status and identify potential risk factors for heart disease.

Educational Resources and Community Engagement

In addition to the free screenings, the Heart Health Fair will feature educational booths and vendors. Organizers highlighted the event as a chance to “receive significant health screenings at no cost, ask questions, and connect with local healthcare professionals in a welcoming community setting,” according to a Facebook post.
