Shiro Unlimited’s Frostrail and SpaceCraft Garner Steam Wishlist Success
BORDEAUX, France – March 12, 2026 – Publisher Shiro Unlimited, known for titles like Northgard (over 5 million units sold) and Wartales (surpassing 1 million units sold), announced today that its upcoming titles, Frostrail and SpaceCraft, have each exceeded 300,000 wishlists on Steam.
Frostrail: A Survival FPS in a Frozen Wasteland
Frostrail, developed by FakeFish, is a survival first-person shooter set in a post-apocalyptic frozen world. Players board a steam-powered train, venturing into the wasteland alone or in online co-op. Gameplay revolves around scavenging for supplies in underground dungeons and desolate settlements to craft weapons and upgrade train carriages while battling the elements and deadly creatures known as Revenants. A recent gameplay trailer showcased the core gameplay loop.
SpaceCraft: An Interstellar Multiplayer Sim
SpaceCraft, developed by Shiro Games, is a multiplayer interstellar simulation and automation adventure. The game allows players to explore a persistent, player-driven cosmos with seamless space-to-surface travel. Players begin with humble beginnings and can build an intergalactic trade empire by establishing automated mining operations, defending shipments from space pirates and charting courses through the stars. SpaceCraft was a popular demo during the February 2026 Steam Next Fest.

Shiro Unlimited is the publishing label of Shiro Games, which has over 12 years of experience in indie game development, and publishing. Shiro Games, based in Bordeaux, France, is an independent studio founded by Sebastien Vidal and Nicolas Cannasse. Their previous titles include Evoland, Evoland 2, Northgard, Dune: Spice Wars, and Wartales.
Frostrail is slated for release on PC via Steam later this year. SpaceCraft will launch on PC via Steam Early Access in Q2 2026.
