Samsung Galaxy A56 Now Under 7,000 CZK

The Samsung Galaxy A56 came out in March 2025 for 11,000 CZK as the next version after the popular A55. After a few months, the price went down adn stayed below 10,000 CZK. Now, for the first time, it’s below CZK 7,000 – you can find EU distribution for 6,850 CZK.

Design: Thinner and Lighter

Samsung made some good improvements. The display grew from 6.6″ to 6.7″ without making the phone bigger – it’s actually thinner (7.4 mm) and lighter (198 g) than the A55. The build feels high-quality: aluminum frame, gorilla Glass Victus+ on the front and back, and IP67 (dust and water resistance).

But there’s no microSD card slot. Samsung removed it, so you’re limited to 128 or 256 GB of storage. This is a step back,especially for a mid-range phone where people want some flexibility.

Display

The 6.7″ Super AMOLED display wiht a resolution of 1080 × 2340 pixels (385 ppi) is good. It has a dynamic refresh rate of 1-120 Hz and supports HDR10+. The maximum brightness is 1200 nits in HBM mode, and 1900 nits peak. This means good brightness even in sunlight and rich colors.
