Gangwon FC Launches Upcycled Merchandise Ahead of Match Against FC Anyang

Gangwon FC is set to launch a new line of upcycled merchandise, utilizing repurposed uniform materials, with on-site sales beginning at their home opening match against FC Anyang on March 15, 2026.

Sustainable Products for Everyday Use

The upcycled collection includes luggage bags, card wallets, and messenger bags. These items are created by transforming old uniform fabric into functional and stylish products suitable for daily use. Gangwon FC collaborated with a specialized upcycling company to ensure high product quality.

Limited Edition Messenger Bag

A limited edition of 200 messenger bags will be available, each individually numbered to enhance its collectibility. The bags feature uniform fabric on both the front and back, and are made using recycled banners, resulting in unique details for each piece. The design incorporates five storage pockets for organized storage.

Unique Card Wallets and Jimsacks

Card wallets are being produced in a variety of designs, utilizing different patterns and color arrangements based on the fabric cutting process. These wallets are designed to be small and lightweight for convenient everyday carry. Jimsacks were inspired by fan-created modifications of old uniforms and offer a lightweight and practical design, with a hook for attaching keyrings.

‘Upcycling MD Decoration’ Booth

Gangwon FC will also operate an ‘Upcycling MD Decoration’ booth at the match, allowing fans to personalize their upcycled merchandise with marking paper and patches.
