The Municipality of General Pico has set a September 30 deadline for the third stage of its Debt Regularization Plan. Taxpayers who settle their outstanding municipal obligations with a single, lump-sum payment before that date will secure a 15% discount.
Flexible Settlement and Installment Plans
The city has opened multiple channels to process these payments. Residents may pay via cash, bank transfer, the official online payment button, or single-payment credit cards. The municipality also accepts Visa and MasterCard Caldén cards issued by the Banco de La Pampa, provided they meet the financial entity’s current terms.
For taxpayers unable to clear their balance in one transaction, the city is offering a financing scheme. This option allows residents to settle their debts in up to 12 monthly interest-free installments.
Extended Relief for Legal Proceedings
The regularization plan extends to outstanding fines that have reached a final judgment. For cases currently held at the Office of Legal Proceedings (Oficina de Apremios) within the Directorate of Revenue (Dirección de Rentas), the city is offering a 45% discount on the total debt amount for those who pay in full. This specific benefit remains available until September 30, 2026.
Rewarding Compliant Residents
General Pico is also launching a reward system for residents who have maintained their tax obligations without debt. Under this initiative, 10% of the total revenue collected from the current lump-sum regularization payments will be allocated toward fiscal credits for these compliant taxpayers.
This benefit is reserved for individuals who did not have outstanding, exigible debts with the municipality when the ordinance was enacted. These fiscal credits will be applied starting from the first fiscal period of 2027.
Accessing Municipal Revenue Services
Taxpayers seeking to adhere to the plan or obtain further clarification can visit the Directorate of Revenue offices at Calle 11, between Avenida San Martín and Calle 16. Inquiries can also be directed through the official communication channels maintained by the Municipality of General Pico.
