Blake Monroe secured a victory over Giulia in her official WWE main roster debut during the October 2, 2026, episode of Friday Night SmackDown, according to exclusive footage and reports published by wrestling-world.com.
Medical Intervention and Backstage Confrontation
Following the final bell, WWE medical staff rushed to the ring to assist Monroe, who appeared visibly dazed and struggled to walk while being helped backstage. Despite requiring medical attention for her own condition, Monroe approached a recovering Giulia to mock her defeat. The provocation triggered an immediate physical response, as Giulia struck Monroe with an unexpected headbutt that dropped the British wrestler to the floor.
Recent SmackDown Results Fueling the Rivalry
The escalating animosity between the two competitors follows a difficult stretch for Giulia on the brand.
