Global Gaming Solutions Expands Operations Into Wyoming

Global Gaming WY LLC completed its acquisition of 100 percent of the membership interests in Wyoming Funding LLC, operating as Wyoming Horse Racing. The deal brings 13 Horse Palace off-track betting locations and live horse racing operations under the umbrella of Global Gaming Solutions, a commercial business arm owned by the Chickasaw Nation.

The newly acquired network features more than 1,500 historic horse racing machines distributed across Wyoming, alongside live race meets at Sweetwater Downs Racetrack in Rock Springs. Global Gaming Solutions president and CEO Skip Seeley noted that the transaction encompasses hundreds of employees and thousands of patrons across the state. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed by the companies involved.

Wyoming Gaming Commission Approves Permit Transfers

Regulatory clearance for the purchase came during a special meeting held on Oct. 16, 2026, when the Wyoming Gaming Commission voted to approve the transfer of live event and simulcast permits. This state-level authorization cleared the operational path for the Chickasaw Nation subsidiary to take control of the state-wide wagering footprint.

Chickasaw Nation Broadens Commercial Portfolio

Established in 2008, Global Gaming Solutions serves as the economic diversification vehicle for the Chickasaw Nation. Chickasaw Nation Governor Chris Anoatubby stated that portfolio diversification remains an integral business strategy to ensure economic stability and longevity for tribal citizens. Dan Boren, Chickasaw Nation Secretary of Commerce and board chairman for the company, added that the enterprise has spent nearly 20 years as a catalyst for expansion stretching from Oklahoma into Texas and now into Wyoming.

The company’s existing assets include Remington Park in Oklahoma City and Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, Texas. Officials announced that Lone Star Park will host the All-American Triple Crown Series beginning in 2027. Across its properties in Oklahoma, Texas, California, and Wyoming, the organization directly employs more than 1,250 people while also managing nearly 1,400 hotel rooms at WinStar World Casino and Resort.
