UK Temporarily Permits transactions with Lukoil Subsidiary

The Financial Sanctions Enforcement Office (OFSI) of the British Treasury issued a temporary license enabling companies to continue activities with Lukoil International GmbH. This Austria-based subsidiary manages Lukoil’s foreign assets, including those in Bulgaria.

Valid until February 26, the license permits payments and transactions under specific conditions. OFSI stresses that all funds owed to Lukoil remain frozen.
