Sport Fun association Files for insolvency

Last Monday at 1 p.m., the Hamburg District Court opened insolvency proceedings against the Sport Fun Association eV due to insolvency and excessive indebtedness. The opening was based on the debtor’s request received by the court on October 27th. Hamburg lawyer Finn Peters was appointed as insolvency administrator. The procedure is expected to cost around 100,000 euros. Bankruptcy creditors can register their claims until February 13th. The creditors’ meeting is scheduled for March 3rd.

Sports Fun: Courses in five Centers and 50 gyms

The association offers around 900 courses per week in its five centers and 50 school sports halls. There is no special right of termination for members provided that the association maintains its offer, which it currently does. After consulting with the insolvency administrator, Sportfreude answered questions about how the restructuring could be prosperous.
