According to an official announcement from Network Kansas, the board has welcomed Debra Teufel and Doug Williams, both starting their terms in April 2026. Doug Williams serves as the Executive Director of Grow Hays, the economic development organization for Ellis County. Since taking this role in 2019, Williams has focused on a comprehensive approach to community development, including:

• Workforce training and housing development.
• Leading the eCommunity Financial Review Board.

As the local eCommunity point person, Williams has helped guide the Ellis County eCommunity, which has facilitated more than 65 loans totaling over $2.7 million. His professional background also includes experience as a real estate agent and the ownership of multiple software companies.
