Dr. Phillips Center Announces 2026-27 Broadway Season Featuring New and Returning Hits
Orlando, FL – The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts has unveiled its 2026-27 AdventHealth Broadway in Orlando season, a lineup of ten productions set to run in the Walt Disney Theater. The season includes a mix of returning favorites and Orlando premieres, solidifying the city’s position as a leading Broadway touring market.
Season Highlights
The upcoming season boasts four premieres for Orlando audiences: Death Becomes Her, The Great Gatsby, Buena Vista Social Club™ and BOOP! The Musical. These new productions join returning blockbusters such as Hamilton, Wicked, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Beetlejuice, Jersey Boys, and The Sound of Music.
Expanding Orlando’s Broadway Presence
According to Kathy Ramsberger, president & CEO of Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, “This season reflects both the scale and momentum of Broadway today. From exciting new productions to returning shows, we’re proud to welcome existing and new subscribers, as well as first-time guests, to a season that continues to elevate Orlando as a leading Broadway destination.”
Since opening in 2014, Dr. Phillips Center has welcomed over one million Broadway guests and doubled its subscriber base, establishing Orlando as a significant stop on the national touring circuit.
