Horeca Expoforum 2026: Showcasing Innovation in Italy’s Ho.Re.Ca. Sector

The third edition of Horeca Expoforum, a key event for professionals in the Hotel-Restaurant-Café (Ho.Re.Ca.) sector, is set to take place from March 15 to 17, 2026, at Lingotto Fiere in Turin, Italy. The exhibition, organized by GL events Italia, will span 14,000 square meters and feature over 300 brands, both Italian and international.

A Hub for Innovation and Networking

Horeca Expoforum serves as a strategic hub for innovation and skill development within the Ho.Re.Ca. Industry. Lingotto Fiere will host industry leaders and innovative startups, providing a platform for networking, training, and exploring the latest trends. The event encompasses businesses involved in food and beverage services, ranging from hotels and restaurants to catering services.

Key Focus Areas and Exhibitors

The exhibition will showcase a wide range of product categories, including sweet and savory foods, beverages (wine, beer, coffee), furniture, equipment, and digital solutions. Horeca Expoforum will feature demonstrations, tastings, debates, training courses, and competitions organized with leading national associations.

Notable exhibitors include Azienda Agricola Musso (VC) showcasing Baraggia DOP rice, Panero Group (CN) for beverages, and Rangoni Spirits (TO), specializing in spirit exports. Filodilana (Avigliana, TO) and the Versoprobo cooperative (VC) will as well be present in the brewery section. Innovative solutions will be on display in the Startup Village, including tech solutions, robots, financial platforms, and smart menus. Aqua Farm and LangaPonica will present circular aquaponics systems, emphasizing sustainable practices with low water consumption and pesticide-free cultivation.

Addressing Food Waste and Promoting Sustainability

A significant theme of the event will be food waste. Horeca Expoforum is partnering with the Food Bank to address food poverty and waste. Exhibitors can allocate surplus food to a virtuous recovery process, and the public can purchase “Surprise Bags” supported by Too Quality To Go, with all proceeds donated to the Food Bank. Horeca International highlights the event’s commitment to social responsibility.

Program Highlights

The three-day event will feature over 100 events, including show cooking, competitions, meetings, debates, tastings, and training courses. Specific focuses will include coffee, pizza, pastry, tea tastings, aperitifs, and culinary demonstrations.
