Suspect Detained Following Triple Shooting in Southeast Houston

HOUSTON, Texas – A suspect is in custody after a shooting that injured three people in southeast Houston on Sunday morning, according to the Houston Police Department (HPD). The incident unfolded around 8:25 a.m. On Danube Street.

Details of the Shooting

Authorities stated the shooting began with an altercation between a man and a woman on the 1107 block of Danube Street. During the dispute, the man allegedly shot the woman. Shortly after, two additional men arrived at the scene and were also shot by the suspect, HPD reported.

Victims Hospitalized, Expected to Recover

All three victims were transported to a local hospital and are currently expected to survive their injuries. The extent of their injuries has not been released.
