Before using this trick, ensure you have active backups in your WhatsApp account. their primary function is to duplicate chats and their content,assisting you if you loose your phone and need to access your facts.
These backups are created in your Google account for Android devices and iCloud for iOS devices,and are currently the only way to recover deleted messages.
According to the WhatsApp Help Center, your device needs sufficient storage space to create a backup, allowing access to all content (photos, videos, audios, documents, etc.).
Then,follow these steps:
* Go to “Settings” in WhatsApp and tap “Chats.”
* Press “Backup” and select “Save to Google Drive” if you have android or “Automatic backup” if you have an iPhone.
* Choose a frequency for automatic backup creation.
* activate the “Include videos” option if you want them backed up as well.
