Partoo Accelerates Growth with New HR Business Partner Role
Partoo, a European scale-up focused on local customer experience for point-of-sale networks, is entering a new phase of acceleration in 2026. The company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its “People Experience” (PEX) team and support its continued growth.

The Role of HR Business Partner
The HRBP will provide personalized support to employees and managers, fostering trust, high standards, and human-centered organizational development. The role requires a strategic partnership approach and a commitment to championing employees.
Team Structure
The PEX team is part of the larger People department, comprising 15 individuals responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, HR operations, learning and development, workplace experience, and people experience. The PEX team is divided into two scopes:
- Revenue Scope: Supporting 120 people in Marketing, Account Management, and Business Development (Paris and Barcelona).
- Transverse Scope: Supporting 200 people in Customer Care, Customer Success, Tech, and Scale.
The HRBP will report directly to Coralie, Senior Team Manager – People Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture & Engagement: Promote Partoo’s culture and values in all HR processes, organize surveys, conduct equity audits (salary, workload, managerial treatment) with HR Operations.
- Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, trial periods, exit interviews, and contractual matters with support from HR Operations.
- Performance & Development: Support bi-annual performance reviews, coach managers on complex situations, analyze performance data, and identify development needs.
- Careers & Mobility: Support internal mobility, develop retention plans for top talent, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
- Manager Support: Provide action plans for team management, change management, and individual situations, advise on salary proposals, and provide reporting to managers, and leadership.
- Project Management & Documentation: Contribute to People Experience projects, create and maintain internal processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for 2026
- eNPS (Collective Health): Increase from +21 to +25.
- Attrition (Retention): Decrease from 39% to 30%.
- ARR / Employee (Efficiency): Increase from €109k to €120k.
Additional KPIs include Onboarding NPS, Employee Churn, Job Changes Ratio, Partoo Seniority, Individual Review Performance Score, and the percentage of employees trained per year.
Qualifications
- Ability to coach managers, including on complex situations.
- Strong understanding of French labor law.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis.
- Autonomy, initiative, and a sense of responsibility.
- Leadership and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English and French. Spanish or Italian is a plus.
- Exemplary HR ethics and confidentiality.
Recruitment Process
The recruitment process includes a video exchange with the Head of Talent Acquisition, a case study, a debrief of the case study with the Senior Team Manager PEX, a final interview with the Chief People Officer, and business interviews with scope managers. At least one stage of the process will capture place in Partoo’s Paris or Barcelona offices.

- Salary: €60k – €70k+ (based on Figures salary scale).

Location & Work Arrangement
The position is based in Paris 18th Guy Môquet, with up to 2 days/week of teleworking.
