From March 8th to 10th, Hurom showcased its CE50 and CP50 commercial juicers at the New York Restaurant Show, the largest restaurant and food industry exhibition in the eastern United States, held at the Javits Center in New York Hurom. This marked the first time these models were presented to the US market. Demonstrations focused on the versatility of the juicers and their ability to create a variety of healthy juice and beverage recipes suitable for restaurant and café menus.

Hurom also participated in INTERNORGA, a leading European trade show for the hospitality and foodservice industry, held in Hamburg, Germany, from March 13th to 17th Hurom. At INTERNORGA, Hurom presented its commercial juicers to the German market, aiming to expand its B2B footprint in the global food and beverage service sector and offer premium menu solutions based on cold-pressed juice INTERNORGA.

CE50 and CP50: Technology and Features

The CE50 and CP50 commercial juicers represent Hurom’s expertise in slow juicing technology. Both are dual-press type juicers.

  • CE50: Equipped with a multi-screw, allowing for the preparation of various recipes – juice, smoothies, and ice cream – without filter changes.
  • CP50: Features a pure-type mesh filter for producing clear, smooth, premium juice by effectively removing pulp.

Both models incorporate “dual-press switching technology,” enabling quick transitions between different ingredients or menu styles simply by changing filters. They also include a 3L mega hopper and a commercial motor designed for continuous 24-hour operation. Dishwasher-safe materials and a rinse function simplify cleaning.

Future Plans

Hurom plans to continue participating in global B2B Horeca industry exhibitions in Europe and the US to further expand its commercial juicer market and promote a healthy cold-pressed juice culture Hurom.

“Hurom is participating in the global B2B exhibition to showcase commercial juice juicers based on the technology and know-how accumulated over more than 50 years. By entering the B2B market, we will create a new growth engine with the optimal juice solution for business spaces and spread a healthy cold-pressed juice culture,” said Jaewon Kim, CEO of Hurom Hurom.
