Albert immediately starts talking when the subject comes up. “I’m furious about this,” he begins. “We have experienced emancipation and the women have fought to be who they are. Then there is a woman, Jutta, who is finding her own place in the skating world.” According to him, Jutta symbolizes a new generation of women who take control, both in sport and business.
He continues passionately: “She thinks: I can do my own business, I can generate my own publicity and put together my teams around me. I can be who I want to be.” In Albert’s eyes, Jutta shows that top sport and entrepreneurship go well together. He does not understand why there is criticism of this.
