Southern Utah University (SUU) offers a variety of housing options for students, both on and off campus. This guide provides an overview of available resources and options to help students find the best fit for their needs.

On-Campus Housing Options

SUU’s residence halls are designed to enhance the college experience. Each hall caters to different student needs, aiming to provide a comfortable living environment. Guided tours are available daily, lasting approximately 30 minutes, and require a 24-hour advance booking. Unscheduled visits are not accommodated.

SUU Housing and Parent and Family Services assist students in finding off-campus housing. The university provides a disclaimer that it does not own, operate, inspect, visit, or supervise any off-campus properties and does not warrant their conditions. Potential tenants are responsible for verifying the accuracy of listings and housing conditions.

Application Information

University Housing is currently accepting additional applications for the 2025-2026 academic year. License agreements for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 are available, as well as Family Housing Agreements for those years.
