Since January 23, 2026, a dozen celebrities have taken part in ballroom dancing in Dancing with the stars on TF1 . Among them, we find on the floor of the show the host Stéphane Bern, the actor Ian Ziering, Miss France 2025 Angélique Angarni-Filopon, the singer Julien Lieb, the former Olympic swimming champion Laure Manaudou, or even the singer and host Lucie Bernardoni.
“This season, I will not be part of the adventure”
All these personalities are associated in pairs with professional dancers to, every Friday evening, offer front page viewers choreographies developed around the samba, cha-cha-cha, rumba or Viennese waltz. Among the dancers who bring their professionalism to the program, one of them has established itself in recent seasons as an emblematic and essential figure of the show: Inès Vandamme. The 33-year-old young woman, originally from Dunkirk, has indeed participated in the last six seasons and has even reached the final twice (with Ladji Doucouré in 2019, then with Nico Capone in 2024). But, to everyone’s surprise, she was not selected for this season 15.

Visibly surprised herself by this eviction, the dancer communicated via her social networks at the time of this announcement, writing in particular: “Goodbye DALS. I had the immense chance to experience five seasons of Dancing with the Stars. This season, I will not be part of the adventure. It’s not a choice on my part. The production never promises to renew the dancers from one season to the next, and this is a reality that I have always known and respected. She simply knew my deep desire to continue this season, to dance again, to transmit and vibrate on this floor that I love so much. »
A podcast aimed at women to “break the taboo of periods”
The disappointment was only short-lived, since the young woman will bounce back quickly, via the production of a video podcast which will be available on YouTube and TF1 +. The one who had already taken part in the exercise in 2023 with a podcast entitled With or without sugar – where she received a personality to talk about her personal journey – will this time host a podcast aimed at women.
In this new, unique meeting called Confidence (and sponsored by the Always hygienic protection brand), Inès Vandamme will receive personalities from the artistic world, men and women, with whom she will discuss the theme of periods. Five episodes are already in the can and devoted to “self-confidence during periods, on stage and in everyday life”indicated TF1 in a press release.

Among the celebrities with whom Inès Vandamme will discuss the subject, note the presence for the first issues of the singer Julie Zenatti (who herself participated in Dancing with the stars during the previous edition), but also the actress Jade Pradin and the dancer Christophe Licata.
