Trainers, prepare for a fiery challenge! Infernape is returning to Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet in 7-star Tera Raid Battles from Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PDT to Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 4:59 p.m. PDT.
Event Details
This Infernape will appear at black Tera Raid crystals and features a Rock Tera Type. It also boasts the Mightiest Mark, signifying its formidable strength. Players can participate to earn rewards, even after catching the Pokémon once per save data.
How to Participate
To join the Tera Raid Battles, players must:
- Download the latest Poké Portal News. This can be done by:
- Selecting Poké Portal in the X menu.
- Selecting Mystery Gift.
- Selecting Check Poké Portal News.
- Complete the postgame events following the main story, or join a 7-star Tera Raid Battle hosted by a Trainer who has completed those events.
Rewards
Even after catching this special Infernape, Trainers can continue to participate in Tera Raid Battles against it to obtain:
- Significant amounts of Exp. Candy for leveling up Pokémon.
- Treasures that can be sold at Pokémon Centers.
- Items for improving Pokémon stats.
- Rock Tera Shards for changing Pokémon’s Tera Type.
