InsurEvo Expands to Carlow, Ireland, Creating 22 Jobs

UK-based insurance company InsurEvo has announced Carlow, Ireland, as the location for its new European Union (EU) hub, a move expected to generate 22 new jobs. The expansion signifies a strategic commitment to growth within the European market through its travel insurance brand, JustCover.

Strategic Expansion and Investment in the South East

Founded in 2017, InsurEvo Group Limited is establishing a central operational hub in Ireland to support its business activities and facilitate European expansion via JustCover as reported by the Anglo Celt. The company’s decision to locate its JustCover operation in Carlow demonstrates confidence in the region’s talent pool, connectivity, and the skilled graduates emerging from South East Technological University (SETU).

Location and Collaboration with SETU

JustCover will operate from the corporate services building on the Carlow campus of SETU according to RTÉ. This collaboration is viewed as a significant investment in the South East region, offering new opportunities for both graduates and experienced workers. The Irish Times reports that SETU officials have welcomed JustCover as their first corporate client in the new Corporate Services Building.

InsurEvo is currently recruiting for a variety of roles at its Carlow hub, spanning operational support, IT, HR, and administration . Initial hires will focus on Sales Agents and Sales Team Managers, with further recruitment planned across various departments as detailed by Collins McNicholas.
