Iran Responds to US-Israeli Strikes with Propaganda Video

As Iran retaliates against recent US and Israeli attacks with missile and drone strikes, it has also launched a propaganda campaign, releasing a Lego-style animated video depicting the conflict. The two-minute video, released by Iran’s state-run Revayat-e Fath institute following the February 28 US-Israeli attacks that killed supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, utilizes Lego-like figures to portray key figures and events. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in the strikes, triggering the current escalation in the Middle East.

The video begins with depictions of US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu alongside a representation of the devil, examining a file labeled “Epstein file.” Trump then initiates a war by pressing a red button, launching a missile that strikes a classroom where Lego figures representing girls in pink headscarves are being taught. The scene shifts to rubble, where an Iranian officer mourns the loss before being consumed by rage.

Accusations and Retaliation

Iran has accused the United States and Israel of a deadly strike on a school in Minab, southern Iran, on the first day of the war. However, AFP has not been able to independently verify the incident or confirm the reported casualties.

The video then depicts Iranian Revolutionary Guards retaliating against Israel and US interests, accompanied by a nationalist score. It concludes with a message commemorating the students killed in the strike, labeling them as “martyred at the hands of Zionist and American terrorists.”
